Introduction/Grrrr On Account Names/Yay On Progress
Introduction:
Here it is, my first blog to be written! This blog will pertain to anything training for me.... may it be parkour, walking, running, swimming, conditioning, schooling, sleep improvement.... anything that associates with progressing myself will be put here henceforth.
Account Names:
So I forgot my previous account name somehow.... I have no clue how, I use the same account name for everything pretty much. Previously: kshap.blogspot.com, I am now kshappk.blogspot.com. I may think of something more creative later, but for now this will suffice.
Progress:
Starting December 1st I had set some goals for myself over the winter months (thanks to obsidianpkav for the inspiration). No getting lazy for me this winter! Therefore, on top of any of my regular conditioning or exercising, I will be attempting to complete 22500 pushups and 18000 body-weight squats by the end of February. This averages out to 250 pushups a day and 200 squats a day.... If Toronto Zanta can do 300 pushups a day, I should be able to do this successfully.
Up to this point in time, I am 200 squats ahead of the game and around 400 pushups behind (due to 2 break days). I'll be making up for those in due time. (Three weeks in and can see a definite difference with my chest, triceps and legs... weird how easy it is when you put in the effort)
