Some New Goals/Small Update

New Goals:
1) I have always stayed a constant weight and never gaining much for as long as I can remember. I have had enough of this as, in a way, it is constraining my possible progress. Therefore, I am setting a goal that by the end of 2007 I will be a weight of at least 135-140 pounds. Of this new weight that I am hoping to gain, I wish at least 90% of it to be in muscle gains. This will hopefully be attained through a more balanced diet and proper physical training.

2) Wake up prior to my current, on average, 1pm in the afternoon for now on with the exceptiong of sundays. My goal for this is to start waking up at 11:00 LATEST and actually getting up.... not just setting my alarm and turning it off.

3) Go to the gym at least 4 times a week until the end of the school year with the following plan:
"Warm up jog and stretches
Dips to failure x 4 sets
Pull ups (both wide grip and close grip) to failure x 2 sets each
Chin ups to failure x 4 sets
20-30 minutes on track

- 10 min warm up jog
- 5-10 min speed burst training
- 5-10 min sprinting training
Once up to this point has been completed I will move on to the daily routine planned out for a time period of 45minutes to an hour."
This one will be much easier once goal 2) has been achieved.

4) Read. I barely read anymore.... therefore, I will start reading books for pleasure at night to get my brain tinkering.

Routine Update:
A little more than a month left to go in my pushup/body squat routine. I should start stepping it up to get caught up.... I have been lagging behind.
