Jogging
If I have my running shoes on (which is at least 3 days of the week midday to late afternoon) and I am on my way somewhere (by means of my feet aka. not bus or cab) I will, for now on, jog to my destination. I have gone on a roll for the past two weeks and this is a great and easy way to raise my endurance.
